Body by Reem is comprised of 3 segments.
1. Integrated strength using multiple muscle groups simultaneously to save time and torch calories .
2. High intensity interval training exercises with low impact options.
3. Core exercises to strengthen the powerhouse of the body
4. Using different tools like resistance bands, a step, a swissball, plates , sliding discs or simply body weight to keep the workout exciting . There’s an element of surprise in every class !
