All persons taking part or observing any activity associated with or organised by Inspire Sports, shall do so entirely at their own risk and must be responsible for their own safety and belongings. Inspire Sports or any of its instructors and staff, as well as the Venue and its Owners where activity is taking place, do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury, death, or damage to personal property.
PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY
Inspire Sports has specific Cancellation Policy for scheduled Daily, Monthly or Term Packages. Clients are requested to check carefully when booking classes. All Packages are only valid for their duration without extension. All Activity Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Kindly note, as per UAE Laws and Regulations, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged for all the products and services made from 1st January 2018 onwards.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Inspire Sports we recognise that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Inspire Sports or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. Our Facility, Inspire Sports Ladies Fitness & Spa is a Ladies Only facility, with a strict No Photography or Videography at any time. Inspire Sports reserves the right to refuse service and remove violators from the premises, without refund or compensation.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Inspire Sports takes all appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of Inspire Sports data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access to systems where Inspire Sports stores personal data.
Inspire Sports restricts access to personal information to Inspire Sports employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use Inspire Sports makes a good faith effort to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Inspire Sports asks individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardise the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where Inspire Sports provides information access and correction, Inspire Sports performs this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that Inspire Sports transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable Inspire Sports systems to recognise your browser to provide the various features available on the Site. Inspire Sports will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and Inspire Sports expects most such changes will be minor. Regardless, Inspire Sports will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, Inspire Sports will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes). Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
GOVERNING LAW
The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
