1. Membership and Access
1.1. Eligibility: Membership is exclusively for women aged 18 and above. Minors between 14-17 years may join with parental consent.
1.2. Identification: Members must provide valid identification (Emirates ID or passport) at the time of registration.
1.3. Access: Only members and registered guests are permitted in the club. Guests must adhere to club policies and pay any applicable fees.
1.4. Membership Card: Each member will receive a membership card, which must be presented for access. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1. Respect: Members are required to treat staff, trainers, and fellow members with respect at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
2.2. Dress Code: Appropriate sportswear is required within gym areas. Swimwear should be worn only in designated areas.
2.3. Personal Hygiene: Members must adhere to proper hygiene standards for the comfort and safety of all.
2.4. Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3. Facility Use
3.1. Gym and Equipment: Members should use equipment responsibly, following posted instructions and staff guidance. Personal training may only be conducted by Inspire Sports trainers.
3.2. Spa Services: Spa services are available by appointment. Members must notify staff of any medical conditions that could affect the treatment.
3.3. Group Classes: Class schedules are subject to change. Members must reserve spots in advance and arrive on time.
3.4. Kid’s Gym: Children are only allowed in designated kids’ areas and must be supervised by a guardian or staff at all times.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Medical Clearance: Members must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. In some cases, a doctor’s approval may be required.
4.2. Liability Waiver: Members participate at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver upon joining.
4.3. Emergency Procedures: Members should familiarize themselves with emergency exits and follow staff instructions during emergencies.
4.4. COVID-19 Regulations: Members must comply with current health regulations, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing, as mandated by UAE authorities.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1. Membership Fees: Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by UAE law.
5.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online.
5.3. Late Payments: Late payments may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
5.4. Cancellations and Refunds: Memberships may be canceled according to club policy. Refunds will be granted only under specific conditions outlined in the membership agreement.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1. Lockers: Lockers are provided for day-use only. Inspire Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6.2. Valuables: Members are encouraged to leave valuables at home. The club accepts no liability for items left unattended.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Data Collection: Personal data collected during registration will be handled in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
7.2. Usage: Member information is used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.3. Photography and Video: No photography or video recording is allowed without prior permission from management and all individuals involved.
8. Amendments
Inspire Sports reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes in writing or via email. Continued use of the club constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE legal processes.
